We are pleased to be offering in depth, face-to-face clinical care when it is necessary and safe to do so.
In fact we have never stopped delivering care and support throughout the COVID-19 epidemic with hearing aid repairs and servicing, remote care for optimizations of your hearing aid technology and support, supply of essential accessories and self assessment sessions, and we will continue to offer this when required to do so.
For all of those components that require “in clinic” care and face-to-face consultations we will deliver this responsibly, safely and in line with official public health guidance from UK’s audiology professional bodies, NHS and government advice on COVID 19 with input from the infection prevention society and content from WHO Research. We have carefully considered and assessed the risk for you and our team and implemented protocols to ensure that everyone stays safe and well whilst under our care in the clinic.

In all cases, you will be required to complete a risk assessment, triage and consent to treatment before your appointment. This may also include a pre-appointment video or telephone chat with your Audiologist.
