Join us for an evening of dinner & discussion at La Fromagerie Marylebone with The Cubex Team and our special guest, Dr Doug Beck Au.D. The evening is designed to speak to professionals who specialise in the fields of Otology, General Medicine, Psychology, Mental and Cognitive Health.

This small & intimate evening aims to keep medical and healthcare professionals at the forefront of recent developments in the areas of Cognition, Audition & Tinnitus while also allowing the opportunity to enjoy some of the most beautiful seasonal produce from La Fromagerie.

A seasonal dinner designed by La Fromagerie for Cubex will be served throughout the evenings discussions.

We are very excited to have Dr Douglas L. Beck Au.D. as our special guest and one of our speakers on the night.

Dr Beck is among the most prolific authors in audiology with 171 published articles and more than 1200 abstracts, interviews and op-eds written for the AAA (2008-2015) and Audiology Online (1999-2005) addressing a wide variety of audiology and professional topics. He earned his master’s degree at the University of Buffalo (1984) and his doctorate from the University of Florida. He began his career in Los Angeles at the House Ear Institute in cochlear implant research and intraoperative cranial nerve monitoring. By 1988, he was Director of Audiology at Saint Louis University. Eight years later he co-founded a multi-office audiology practice in St Louis. In 1999, he became President and Editor-In-Chief of AudiologyOnline.com, SpeechPathology.com and HealthyHearing.com.

Dr Beck joined Oticon in 2005. From 2008 through 2015, he served as Web Content Editor for the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and in 2016, he became Senior Editor for Clinical Research at the Hearing Review and was appointed adjunct Clinical Professor of Communication Disorders & Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo. In 2017, he became Executive Director of Academic Sciences for Oticon.

Located in Moxon Street in Marylebone, this dining space, fresh produce specialist and London’s finest cheese monger’s select and serve only the most exceptional seasonal produce available that is sourced directly from small producers.
