Your Journey 

When you book your appointment with one of our hearing aid specialists, you will be:

1. Sent a letter of confirmation together with our welcome pack which contains more general information on hearing and a lifestyle and medical questionnaire 

2. Recommended to visit your GP prior to the appointment to ensure there is no excessive amount of wax in your ears

3. Invited to bring a family member or a friend with you, if possible
